Travis started his hair journey in high school but didn’t pursue it professionally until 2010 and hasn’t looked back since. Early in his career, he developed a passion for education and teaching and spent 4 years as an educator for American Crew. In 2016, he purchased a barbershop in California called The San Mateo Zoo. His family moved to Portland in October of 2020 and he was flying back and forth to take care of his clients and to run the barbershop. In September 2023 he made the decision to sell his shop and plant roots here in Portland.
